Our Approach
The ITERAMBERE Directorate focuses on research, strategic investments, and capacity building to ensure IBUKA's long-term sustainability and effectiveness. We conduct research on genocide-related issues, develop innovative solutions, and build organizational capacity.
Our work includes policy research and advocacy, institutional capacity building, strategic partnerships development, and investment in sustainable development projects. We also focus on knowledge management and sharing best practices.
Through research, strategic investments, and capacity building, we ensure that IBUKA remains at the forefront of genocide prevention, survivor support, and peacebuilding while maintaining financial sustainability and organizational excellence.
